About these terms

These terms apply to work you order from Auratech Systems, operated by Auratech Systems Inc., 880 Brielle Blvd, Gilberts, IL 60136. By approving a proposal, paying an invoice or starting work with us, you agree to them. If something is unclear, ask before you sign off.

Services

We provide: SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, Local SEO, Digital PR, Influencer Marketing, Organic Social Media, PPC, Display Advertising, Paid Social Advertising, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, Media Buying. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Payment

Project work usually needs a deposit before we start, with the balance due on delivery or at agreed milestones. Ongoing services are billed in advance for each period. Invoices are due within the number of days stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue invoices.

What we need from you

We can only move as fast as the access, content and approvals we receive. Please send what we ask for in a reasonable time. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.

Ownership of the work

When a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made specifically for you. Tools, templates and methods we use to produce them stay ours. Third-party items (fonts, stock images, plugins) stay under their own licences.

Cancelling

You can cancel ongoing services with written notice. Work already done in the current billing period is not refunded. See the refund policy for details.

No guarantees

Results depend on many things we do not control, such as your market, competition and how quickly things change online. We will always be honest about what to expect, but we cannot guarantee rankings, traffic or sales.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about our work is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one, and active clients are told about significant changes.
